Universal Hair Salon started operating in August 2009. The Salon is managed by Jeff, who started exploring his facination into a person’s image when given a different hair look and hair cut. Over his 30 years of experience, Jeff challenged himself to perfect and understand the techniques relating to applying hair color, perms, and straightening processes. He also challenges his stylists to learn and to be intrigued on ways to improve a person’s appearance. The salon never stops to find ways to improving their customer service and operating the salon so employees can be successful and clients are continually satisfied.
